Senior Business Development & Sales Executive Benelux

What you’ll do on the daily: 

  • Lead market development in the Netherlands and Belgium, building strong relationships with hospitals and labs.
  • Drive commercial engagements and ensure successful implementation of our technology.
  • Develop compelling business cases and promote Vitestro at industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer success and product improvement.
  • Build deep understanding through active listening and dialogue with customers, turning their insights and challenges into tangible strategies and input for the product roadmap.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and ambassador for Vitestro’s mission.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for: 

  • 7+ years in innovative medical tech sales, with experience in phlebotomy or diagnostics.
  • Strong network in Dutch and Belgian hospital systems.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder engagement across C-Suite and clinical role and understanding complex solution-selling processes.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
