Join us as our HR Business Partner (0,8-1,0 FTE)
As an HR Business Partner at Vitestro you are well-positioned within the organization, confidently advising and supporting managers. You act as a strategic sparring partner to our managers and play a key role in driving Learning & Development, career pathing, and performance management across the organization. You move seamlessly between strategy and operations and thrive in a fast-changing scale-up environment. You maintain a strong presence in the business, actively engage stakeholders, and play a pivotal role in employee development, compensation and growth discussions, decision-making, and data-driven HR.
This role suits someone who is energized by stakeholder management, performance reviews, talent and career development, compensation topics, and working with data.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Review & Talent Management
You are responsible for setting up, executing, and continuously improving performance review cycles.
You actively support managers during performance and development conversations and ensure consistent application.
You analyze performance outcomes and translate insights into concrete actions.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
You advise managers on performance, development, and organizational topics.
You balance interests and guide managers through HR decisions in a dynamic environment.
You act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for managers.
HR Analytics & Excel
You work extensively with Excel and HR data to generate insights and scenarios.
You create analyses and reports (including performance, compensation, and headcount).
You leverage data to advise management and improve processes.
General HR & Organizational Development
You contribute to the further professionalization of HR within a growing scale-up.
You support, where needed, topics such as onboarding and employee experience.
You collaborate with and support HR and IT in optimizing HR systems and reporting.
HR Systems (HRIS)
You have experience with or an affinity for HRIS systems and work closely with HR and IT to optimize these systems for maintaining employee data and reporting.
Learning & Development (L&D)
You develop and implement learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and growth.
You advise managers on the development needs and growth ambitions of their teams.
Requirements
What you bring
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a scale-up environment.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role within the Dutch employment law framework.
Extensive experience with performance management and review cycles.
Extensive experience coaching managers throughout performance review cycles.
A BSc or MSc in a relevant field.
Excellent command of English, Dutch is a plus.
Demonstrable experience in Learning & Development.
Strong Excel skills and experience with HR analytics.
The ability to perform effectively in a fast-changing environment while maintaining a clear overview.
Knowledge of HRIS systems, with the ability to translate this knowledge into practical improvements.
