Job requirements
Your Responsibilities
In an agile environment, you will:
- Design, implement and optimize cloud-based data processing and model training pipelines
- Enable software engineers to get valuable insights into model training performance and ML data.
- Enable engineers to efficiently and interactively experiment with data and models in a cloud environment
- Enable efficient and traceable ML model deployments and model monitoring
- Collaborate with software engineers and the clinical team to ensure new data can be annotated efficiently and with high quality
- Work closely with functional architects and the cloud team to understand requirements and deliver secure and scalable ML pipelines in our AWS-based cloud platform
- You will also have opportunities to grow by contributing to Machine learning projects.
What You Bring
- A master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years in a machine learning or MLOps role.
- Proficiency in Python and software engineering practices, with the ability to coach others in Python design patterns.
- Hands on experience with training and validating models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab).
- Knowledge of MLOps tooling and AWS services that are commonly used for machine learning (SageMaker, Step Functions, Lambda functions, ECR, S3).
- Experience with running models on edge devices.
- Knowledge of data lakehouses and ETL tools.
- Experience with data science techniques.
- Exposure to the medical device industry and related standards.
