First interview
In this meeting, we will tell you everything you want to know and more about Vitestro and the team. This is a two way conversation where we will ensure both parties are well informed. We will also take a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team.
Second interview and assignment
We are keen to see your practical insight by giving you a technical assignment related to the position you applied for, hence you get the opportunity to explain your approach to the given task.
Final round
You made it to the very last stage! Here we have a final meeting [coffee] with one of our founders giving you the opportunity to get to know each other better. If everyone is happy (including you!), we will start the job offer phase with you.
