A successful deployment involves more than installing a device. We partner with hospital and laboratory teams to ensure that Aletta® integrates smoothly into existing processes.

We establish a joint project team after contract signing and guide the full implementation phase. This includes workflow preparation, site readiness, and more. Supervisors receive structured training through the Vitestro Academy so they can build local expertise and support their teams with confidence. During the launch period we provide on site guidance to secure continuity and help your staff transition to the new workflow.

Introducing Aletta® affects routines, roles, and expectations, so our specialists work closely with teams to guide this transition. We help optimize patient flow and balance manual and automated blood draws, advise on queue management, and provide guidance on cubicle layout to create an efficient workspace. We also support internal communication during roll out so all departments understand what Aletta does and how it fits within existing processes.

Technical services

Our technical services aim to ensure stable and reliable performance. Engineers provide proactive maintenance, remote support, and system monitoring to identify and address issues before they impact daily workflow. Through continuous diagnostics we maintain uptime and respond quickly when intervention is needed. Preventive servicing supports long term reliability, while corrective repairs are carried out with minimal disruption. This combined approach keeps Aletta® performing consistently and provides hospitals with confidence in day to day operations.

Patient education and engagement

Clear communication helps build trust. We support hospitals in preparing and informing patients about their experience with Aletta.

Our guidance covers how to explain the process, safety, and what patients can expect during their blood draw. This helps teams create a positive first experience and encourages confident participation. Effective patient education also contributes to smoother throughput and reduces uncertainty during busy hours.
