As a tech recruiter your job will be to lead our candidate selection and hiring process, being responsible for full-cycle recruitment. You will be in touch with highly skilled candidates whom you’ll excite and convince to join our mission to transform healthcare with intuitive, autonomous technology. You will ensure a fantastic candidate experience, contributing to Vitestro’s growth in the years to come. Vitestro has the ambition to double in size in the next two years, launching our products all over Europe. 

Responsibilities 

Your key tasks are to:

• Write compelling vacancies and distribute them online using state of the art tools
• Source to find good applicants that match our standards
• Conduct first interviews together with the hiring managers
• Provide excellent candidate support and feedback along the process
• Pro-actively build our employer brand by reaching out to future candidates
• Work together with interim recruiters or recruitment agencies when required
• Make sure the new employees get an excellent onboarding process

Job requirements

Must-have

• Available for 32-40 hours per week
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of HR, Marketing & Communications, Psychology or other;
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Preferable

• 2+ years' recruitment experience in a tech scale-up
• Affinity with healthcare / technology
